It's a '92, not '91, and they should be 3D forks not Triple Tracks - which I think they are but pics are awful.
Spec would have been DX throughout, but with XT RF+ shi-brakes.
Ritchey Vantage Pro / Expert rims too if original.
'92 was first year of replaceable dropouts and all cables running through the 'Groove Tube' rather than simply an internally routed rear brake.
