GT Annual - cancelled

Re: GT Annual - low numbers may mean cancellation...

Come on guys - need at least 6 to make this viable....

Happy to reschedule if not

Re:

Since when was 6 the minimum for a MacRetro meet. If that was policy there would be next to no meets at all in our group. More than one is a meet in my book. Riding old bikes is what we are about no minimum attendances :D

Re:

I'd still like to go...but it would depend on a lift from someone either going from, or passing via Edinburgh.

Are you going OCP? I know you kindly offered me a lift once before...

Thanks,
Andy.

Velo, I don't want it to be a run of 2, most of the rides I've been on have been 6/7 +

If it was a bad date I could have shoved it back a week or 2

Sorry Andy, I'm not going, no idea why not  , but hope somebody can pick you up on the way past.

Re:

Made the decision to cancel this. Hate doing it, but no-one extra has chipped in at the last minute. Which left only two. Was looking forward to the locals secret off-piste, but can see Boxxer's point about a ride for two.

Since you and Craig are now both free on Sunday why don't you go for a ride at GT and get him to show you the secret locals trails?

Shame that this will be the first year of no anniversary ride. Sign of the times perhaps. I'd go but for the fact I'd struggle to pootle round the upper blue, let alone do the ride Boxxer had planned.

I've moved the other discussion to a new thread here. viewtopic.php?f=29&t=351340
