Wonder why DEFRA and the Telegraph would have such diverse figures.

I would expect DEFRA to be more accurate from the nature of their business but, given my previous dealings with them, am not so sure.

I hate dogs. The North Koreans have the right idea.

Why not just make dogs illegal, round them up and have a mass cull.

Except for professional dogs that is.
