Has been repainted in a lovely blue by a previous owner. It’s hard to capture the true colour on camera - so I’ve added a photo outside in the Sun. Almost a ‘bluey green’ with new decals added too. The double quill is a repro made to spec by @synlos on here to fit 1” steerers. The bars measure at 22” and the stem is 150mm long, 10 degree rise.
