Selling another seat from my collection, I was told it was NOS and it is mint but it looks like the previous owner has re-glued has it most likely came loose like what happens to a lot of these seats.
There is also some small yellow marks on it but I feel this is in the material or pattern and they are not scratches you can see this if you move the seat around in the light while looking carefully.
There isn't much else to say to be honest the pics show how cool these seats are.
