Not mine, bad photos and a very strange build. Could be a bargain for someone if it is genuine. I don't know enough to make the call, but it's close enough to me to warrant a bit of a punt.

Anyone any idea if it's real and which model it might be?

The logo on the fork crown is from Concorde, which is a Dutch brand with some sort of Italian connections (not Cinelli like the owner says).

Could be that its a full Concorde bike resprayed as a Gios, or could be a Gios frame with a Concorde fork. I reckon it's probably just a fake Gios.

200 quid is not a ridiculous price for what it is, but I get the feeling the owner knows this is not a Gios and is trying to pass it off.

The closest it's been to Italy is the Columbus tubing box that came from the factory.
