Unfortunately this is a parts or restore frame due to the remnants of a stuck seat post that was NOT disclosed by the previous owner, it had a short post fitted and a nut and bolt clamp so I wasn't able to check it when I picked it up 
Its otherwise in fair condition, bushings seem fine on the rear.
Maybe someone can sort the stuck post and save it, or use the rear end for spares.
