Gear cable tubing

I need some of the thin tubing they often use where the gear cables run under the bottom bracket. The gear cable runs through it so it protects the paint and eases drag on the cable.

One problem though, what's it called?

I can't find any anywhere.

I found this as well once I realised the key word is Teflon Tubing.
