Everything hurts this morning.

What an epic ride, 44 miles of hurt. Thank you to all who came along and made the ride so special. Gates rides should be like this - hard but fun. The mud could have been worse but a few choice diversions kept us going even if they involved a TDF style peleton dash on tarmac. The 'late' lunch stop (4pm) provided us with much needed refreshment and rest.

What a day! Looking forward to the next one!

Superb day, superb company....as usual!!

I got up this morning...went into the utility room to see the bike....mm..what is that awful smell??...aaaah..its the socks!!!

Other than a sore arse, I've been feeling quite fresh...bike has been cleaned, shoes cleaned, garden weeded, grass cut. Sat down with a beer....jeeeez my thighs hurt!!!

I think im unfit!! :facepalm:

Lots of green, mossy, strandy, rivery stuff wrapped around spokes, hubs, sprockets etc!!! Hope hubs...spotless on the inside!!! Love Em!!
