Gary Fisher Grateful Dead special edition

Right now there is an ebay auction where the seller claims that the frame is titanium. I'm very dubious because I remember when the Grateful Dead edition came out I almost bought one and I don't remember any ti version. Does anybody here know Fisher came out with a titanium Grateful dead edition? Here's the link:

The regular Grateful Dead bike was just a steel Hoo Koo E Koo with different decals and tan tires. Not gonna say that there couldn't be a Ti frame with the decals applied to it but Trek has never done Ti bike production so it is doubtful that this one is Ti.

Actually Trek did do Ti production. It was under the Lemond name. They had a old welder from merlin/Seven that Used to weld for them in Madison, He actually had his own little shack in middle of there carbon Factory.

The Fisher Grateful Dead edition was a Hoo Koo E Koo steel frame with a decal that covered the whole frame with Dead graphics. If you want one, I know of two here in Marin-one unassembled in it's original box, and one that is assembled but was ridden maybe 10 miles before the owner passed away-the guy's widow wants to sell it. The unassembled one is a medium size frame and the other one is a large frame-period bikes frozen in time. P.M. me if you are interested and I will hook you up with the sellers.

I may be interested in the near future; however, I'm going to be traveling extensively over the next two months and thus won't be likely to be buying anything as I'm not going to be around to receive them. Thank you very much for telling me about the bikes though.
