Garry Fisher Sugar 3+ Pivot problems!!

I've got a Sugar 3+ with a knackered main Pivot.
To be honest I canna get into the main pivot behind the BB.
A couple of allen keys won't do the job - anyone got any ideas on how to free up the bolts?
Anyone got any "case history" of wear in the main pivot?
