Funk post/front mech size

Hi,ive bought Jez's Funk frame from him and want to know what seatpost and front mech dia it has,ive asked him but its allready wrapped for posting,lol :roll:

Does anyone know please?

Are you sure about that, your front mech is smaller than the seat post? Other way round I reckon

Its a minefield matey those sizes. Mine is 27.2 post and 31.8 clamp ( I think- had a beer) :shock:

I think there were as many as 6 different sizes depending on which way the wind blew. Better waiting for it to arrive.

As long as the seat tube isnt smaller than 28.6 ill be ok ,lol

My 1991 Funk has a 31.8 seatpost-so it stands to reason that the front shifter clamp is bigger.

Mine is a 34.9 mech and (I think) a 31.6 seatpost
