Fuji - Ritchey ? What is it ?

Hi all. Does anyone have information about what kind of frame? what's the model?

There is a Ritchey expert here who will probably tell you it's a Ritchey frame because of the dropouts

Can be anything... for instance a Marin, or Wheeler?

It's a Fuji stout-light frame as indicated by the decal:

Standard 1990s nickel-plated frame with what looks like a rust problem in the seat-tube. Sold in their thousands and re-branded by many, many companies. Not a high end frame but (without the rust) a decent frame. I'd check that junction carefully for cracks as that Nickel plating can hide internal rust really well until it is too far gone.
