FS: Softride frame & forks SOLD

I supposed to be clearing out the garage and finishing some projects but I bought another frame today
So one in one out,

I don't know how you go about sizing these? I can take measurments if needed.
Looks like it takes 650c wheels front and back. Would make a nice retro time trial/Triathlon bike.
Price is £150. plus postage.

Well the eBay advert said 650 wheels and Rocky Mountain also say that.
