Putting this frame up for sale again, perfect condition.

Many may not know Saila, built by Lauren Trout. She also works as a welder at Seven cycles. So the quality is really high.
More info here: http://www.sailabikes.com

The frame is made for disc brakes only, clearance for about 35c cross tires.

I will include a Salsa steel fork that suits the frame really well.

£900 frame Salsa fork and Cane Creek 110 headset (black)

Would this be suitable geometry for a rough stuff 700C front and rear disc bike?

Well I don't know what is "rough stuff" for you? This is not a mountainbike, more a cyclocross bike but not build for racing, build for long rides on pavement and gravel road, but of course it can take some mud and handle that very well. And yes it is for 700c tires with 160mm rotor front and rear.
