How are you measuring the 60CM?

What is the length of the head tube?

hi just realised i may have frame size wrong measuring middle of bottom bracket following frame tube up to top of seat tube measures 62 cm and. top tube middle of seat tube to middle of headset 22 1/2 .i was sold as a 60 cm and never checked will change it now hope this helps
