All threads in excellent order; would take 27" & 700's with a deep drop caliper

Hi, I might be interested now that I resprayed my 50's holdsworth (and I don't dare to ride it in the winter!). What's the top tube length? right dropout looks 'trimmed', or is it just the picture?
