FS: Giant Track frame and forks (incl headset). I bought this new for my now wife in '92 - owned ever since and dry stored - estimate less than 50 miles use - you know how it is when the other half doesn't like biking...

Mid range back then Giant double butted cro-mo frame and forks - size as measured then was 16" but c-t is just over 17". Excellent condition, few marks mainly from storage but barely used really and no chainsuck, dents, major scratches, dings anywhere. Headset could probably do with a re-grease. BB threads are a little rough but I have run an old steel cup in and out as a tap and a BB will install fine. Obviously V brake only, steerer is 1 1/8" threaded. Would make an ideal hack/wife/singlespeed/commuter/basic retro build etc. Looking at around £55 posted ONO or £40 collected (REDUCED NOW: £35 collected). Also have a matching stem and seat post at an extra £5. Paypal or bank transfer welcome. Please email m.poilu(AT)tiscali.co.uk

That is rather nice for a giant 8) , should take canti's too.

That's really nice 8)

I remember that a mate of mine back in the day had a giant coldrock (model below) of the same year,it rode nice and actually was pretty light for the time. This has 500LX and poss Deore LX mechs if I remember right

Cheers guys - no one wants it though! Been on STW and everywhere else for a week. £35 collected ain't a lot for a cro-mo frame and forks with 50 miles under it...
