Rigid 24 speed (3x:cool:. Cantilever brakes. Original spec except for the chainrings, cassette, chain, bottom bracket, grips, tyres and rear wheel. But the replacements are in keeping with its vintage.

The original USA spec can be found here: http://www.vintagecannondale.com/year/1995/1995.pdf I’ve not managed to find a copy of the European catalogue for that year.

It has been ridden, but it is in great condition for its age. Original paintwork is still the glossy bright viper red. There is an occasional stone chip, a little bit of cable rub and a little flaking of the paint at the rear dropout. The Vetta saddle has some wear along its base. But apart from that the frame is a very neat used condition.

I’ll throw in a ‘spare’ tyre – a IRC Mythos XC 1.95F K amber wall which looks new. I never managed to find a second Mythos XC to match for the build.
It's a lovely old retro bike. Very light, and accelerates like a whippet. I’s not in pristine condition – it’s been ridden like old bike should be. It always draws a lot of attention when it comes out on sunny summer days.
