A nice pair of carbon cross forks with a threaded 1 " steerer , these are really hard to find . Carbon fibre blades with Cro-mo steel steerer . These will transform your Alan cross bike , and would also work well with steel frames as well . They have mudgaurd eyes and a drilled fork crown , so could be used on a touring ou hybred frame as well.
