Hi, trying to upgrade my Gary Fishers front mech to LX/XT. The bike is 1998/99 so what part numbers do i need to look for. I recently tried a M751 duel pull but it didnt seem to work well at all isnt mega 9 compatible with 8 speed. I am running a LX compact chainset (not yet fitted in pic) if this helps. Thanks.
