With the copious amount of free Karma parts offered on here maybe there should be a rule for offering them...

I don't know what but I hear what your saying.

The good Karma is not coming my way very fast though.

you can make the rules, I know on FreeCycle (a recycling giveaway and nothing to do with bikes) our local one started a FOP, Fair Offer Policy. Which was say 24hrs or even a few days for people to ask for it and the person giving it away would decide who to give it to at that point.
This helped out the people that do not check ever second an email popped up. (e.g. used a daily digest or checked weekly).

You could do the same, just state it in the post. (they also put FOP in the title but no real need)

Then use Voodoo, Coin flicks or a pull out of the hat style to decide. Or even the most elaborate sob story

That's a great idea!

I did state in my original post to only PM me if you really need them but your idea would be better.

Maybe there should FOP Policy in this section.
