decal is not perfect though , it is damaged .

it would be easier to cut through the Exact and decal is intact .

it is 17.5 c to c .

the frame is split on each side at the junction of top tube and seat tube like on the picture .

it is steel , so could be rewelded . but chrome would not like it very much .

yes , a seat post can be inserted .
