Francesco Moser - single didget frame number

Hi - help please! new to the site...

I have owned a Francesco Moser, Campione Del Mondo 'San Cristobal' with Campag Super Record for over 20 years (not from new), but have not ridden it for the past 15 years. It is beyond my restoration capability and I am therefore thinking of selling it as a project, to someone capable of offering the tlc it deserves. Before doing so I am trying to establish if the frame number (in this case '09') can have a bearing on value?

I would also appreciate any pointers as to where to sell, or is eBay my best option?

Any advice greatly appreciated...

I appreciate your response. As mentioned, I am new to the world of forums and tried to post this as a new topic under Road. In very basic terms, how do I do this? the FAQ did not seem to relate to the options I could see! sorry to be a pain...
