Hi All,
Can anybody help me with this, and old 531 Road Frame, I THINK from the 1980's .. it was repainted by Arthur Needham from Argos Cycles .. in the 80's and has a distinctive seat stay engraving a 'wrong way round 3 ... or a quaint E' frame number middle of BB - 7858.
