Frame identification

Hi all, I’m trying to identify the make of this frame, any ideas ?? Thanks

The best I can do, its not british and does not look particularly light.
I doubt if sharp close up pics of details would help.
Do you have the rest of it? (forks).

Hi Matty, At first I thought it may be a low end Puch but more likely It may be a Tensor which were very cheap bikes sold direct by mail order in the 70`s and 80`s. They produced stuff like this `Lazer Custom` I had one as a kid and recognise the frame details. I think the frames were made in Germany by Kalkhoff? and then built up with very cheap components and sold by Tensor Ltd. They used to advertise with tiny box ads in the back of the sunday papers and exchange and mart . I dont want to offend but I would find a better frame especially if you havent got the forks. Whatever you do dont spend much on it.
