Frame identification help needed,

Can anybody give me any info on a bike frame serial of S901033 stamped on the underside of the bb

That's on my e-bay watch list, a little small but was curious............... Nothing springs to mind about the builder, lovely fork rake though. Reminds me of a Mercian. Only the seat cluster is a little clunky.

It's the one above I guess, nice frame with some bits worth buying and selling on maybe.................sold for 130 quid.

Blimey............. £400 BIN. The paint is so thick it obscures the number and the holes in the dropouts for the portacatena !! Has it been dipped?

It looks to me like its been powder coated by a blind retard!!
A perfect example of how NOT to repaint an old frame.
I don't envy the poor sod thats got to put that together, as the paint will crack & fly off in every direction when thee rear gear & rear wheel are fitted, not to mention the gear cable guides on top of the bottom bracket.
