Thanks Shaun...this is an Italian frame , long lugs with long cutouts branded Marano, from Pescara...

Sure, I'll post some later...( phone just died! )

I found some interesting stuff on the man himself, Bruno Marano, who ran a bike store and built / sold racing bikes in Pescara...it seems he brought some frames down from Milan, which would tie in with Losa, also the seat post size 26.2 was used by Minelli in that period...
