no, these came as complete forks.

I could well be interested in the steerer/stantions as some heavy handed mechanic at a popular repairer managed to damage mine by not doinbg the service properly, and after a weeks worth of riding (read commuting) they were all scored where they were not before. They did re-service them which stopped the rot, and whilst the scoring is minor, I know it is there. I was going to have them swapped at the service I did last, but the mechanics don't think it is worth it, and they also don't do the uppers in the colour of my forks any more - Doh.

Anyhow, I digress.
