Forks with plenty of 1 1/8" steerer

Hi all, I'm after a pair of cheap forks for a commuter I'm building for a friend, requirements are:

Canti/V bosses or possibly disc mount (or both)
1 1/8"
220mm+ ahead
or
180mm+ threaded
Plenty of clearance for at least 35mm rubber
Mudguard eyelets

Think that's pretty comprehensive...

Hi Nikica, thanks for the pics, they do like nice (and would suit). I'm just debating with myself whether to go for discs - the build is for a friend so the budget isn't as flexible as I'd like and I already have some nice wheels lined up, so I would have to find a different pair of wheels to take discs...

Do you have an idea of what size tyre (max) they would take, and do you have a price in mind, with postage to the UK? Might help to sway the decision!
