Nice shifters but they're a b1tch to get adjusted correctly.

They shift the gears in sequence as they should be used. On the inner ring you can use the 4 lowest gears on the rear then it shifts to the middle ring where you can use all the rear gears. Then onto the outer ring where you can only use the top 4 gears.

AfaIr that's how they used to work anyway.

If you're going to get one of these shifters you have to get the CNC machined version with the special brake levers.
