BORGHINI 57CM TRACK BIKE - conventional design, made of aluminium apart from front forks which are straight steel tubs brazed into a round crown forging. The downtube lower section is cloverleaf in section and the rear chainstays are very stout making it a very rigid frame. The paintwork is glossy yellow with artistic black and metallic grey fade-ins and in very good condition. It has Cinelli classic alloy bars and a Cinelli quill type stem. The saddle is a Flite titanium also in yellow mounted on a Campag aero pillar. The chainset is Campag Piste 48 tooth ring giving a gear of 86.4. The wheels are dark grey Mavic rims on large flange undrilled Miche hubs shod with Vittora Atlanta tubs in yellow of course ! The wheels and tubs are in excellent condition. This bike is immaculate having only been ridden indoors at Manchester velodrome. Its a nice responsive ride at the same time not twitchy. The fork crown is designed to be drilled for a brake if required. I have too many bikes, need the space and sadly I am too far from Manchester now. Priced to sell. £500
