I made myself a mould to make replica flying scot badges as mine kept getting nicked. I tend to use either silver solder or epoxy as the material and its easily painted. Let me know if you're interested in one.

ok-will have a guddle in my toolbox to see if I've already got one made up, if I do it'll just be painted brass colour mind...

right-had a look and I've got one that I made a while back. Not 100% perfect and the pics doesn't make it look very nice-this is a resin mould I tried and have painted a brass colour, have drilled it for the screws but would recommend glueing it on too!

detail is pretty good and it should be the correct badge for the period-I've got a '73 Scot and have a copy on mine too as I'm not getting the original nicked this time around!
