Flite repro saddles - Creak?

Them there Flite repro saddles. I've bought a few of them now but only one is on a bike I regularly ride. I've been having creak issues that have taken a lot of work to rule out forks, bars, stem headset, seatpost, seat clamp etc etc until I think it might be the actual saddle itself, i.e. the saddle rails creaking into the saddle plastic former.

Has anyone also experience the flites creaking over time?

Having ruled everything else out, the other important piece of evidence is that the creaking does not start immediately but only after a few minutes. I'm wondering if my buttockial warmth is part of the problem, in that once the saddle has warmed a bit, the rail/sockets start to move.
Weird thing is that I can't make it creak by getting off and hoying the saddle about with my hands.

Have you tried witching to a different saddle, to see if it still creaks?

^^^ this

From my experience, touch wood, Flite's - repro's and all - have been fine and any creaks have been down to other things like loose cranks or worn BBs.

Re:

Yeah, did do that and creak had gone for all of 5 minutes, then it came back
Just ridden with other saddle and creak still there. This is perplexing.

Re:

Yeah. I’ve tried all the normal creaky issue things.
If i sit on bike and rock it back and forth with brakes on it creaks. If I do that out of saddle it doesn’t
Its either gotta be the seat post or heaven forbid, the frame

Re:

I'm still wondering if it is seat post cradle related? I had the same issue once and that caused a similar creak - just before the cradle binder bolt snapped.... That made for an interesting ride home!

Otherwise, do you tend to have the saddle pushed back quite far in the seat post cradle? You've got to watch this on Flites in particular as there's no limit markers on the rails - I've had rails snap on repro flites as a result

As an aside, I'm keen to use 'buttockial warmth' in a future conversation, when the opportunity allows :D
