Flange diameter

Anybody know the flange diameter of a hope sport hub and a hope splined fatso
I've got spokes from my sport hub and i want to use them on my new Fatso when it arrives.Hopefully its just a straight swop over,but the disc side on the fatso may be bigger ,im not sure.

Hope Sport hub has a spoke hole radius of 45mm.
Fatso (non disc) has a radius of 43mm.
However, a Ti-glide also has 45mm and I can't see that a disc fatso would be any smaller, dueto the disc splines.
