Fitting and setting up Avid Tri-Align canti's

Does any one have an instruction leaflet they can send me a photocoy of or scan?

I haven't tried yet, but don't really want to waste any time doing it wrong, any help, or tips appreciated.

I seem to remember that the actual instructions were an atical from Mountain Bike Action.

they're 1 of the easiest cantis ever to set up IMHO

Does anyone have any more info on this. Tried to set these up recently, but something just doesn't seem right.

If anyone knows where I can get a copy of that article, or has pic's of their own all set up that would help.
