Built this up a few weeks ago, and it's strangely enchanting, 8) today I put a chain and pedals on it and took it up the road quickly.

Rides surprisingly nicely, I'm actually quite impressed. Only one small problem is the XT shifter needs looking at, as it shifts up through the chainrings but immediately recoils when you take your finger off. To combat this I've set the Front Mech on te middle ring only...

Only for sale as I'm still unemployed and need some funds, so basic spec as follows, the frame is 17.5" c-c:

Frame: Fisher AL-1 Aluminium
Fork: Fisher
Headset: YST oversize 1-1/4" (nos)

Stem: Zoom
Bars: Zoom 170
Barends: Specialized
Shifters: XT STI
Brake levers: XT STI
Grips - ODI Tomac

Seatpost - Kalloy?
Seat- Gipiemme

Cranks - M730 XT
Rear Mech - M735XT
Front Mech - 500LX
Brakes - Dia-Compe 980

Hubs - DeoreDX
Rims - Wolber AT18
Tyres - Dura (front + Rear specific)

Looking for £225 posted in the UK, or for those of you that don't like the tyres I can swap them out for NOS green Wildgrippers and the price would go up to £270.

Plenty more pics and info available, just ask..

Bump still for sale,

I need the space so if you like it, make a sensible offer, you never know your luck.. 8)

me too,

And I should add it's complete now, and a rider (albeit 1x7) and surprisingly looks even better in the flesh, even tho the tyres have had no fans...

surprised stumpjumper 1990 hasn't snapped this up - come on Bart you know you gotta get 'em all!
