Cycled the course again this morning, it was blowing a gale and absolutely bucketed down for the last mile but felt pretty good and I'm pretty sure thats the sort of weather we'll have on Saturday
Swimming has improved a lot, still slow but I can at least breath now
I'm bouncing between excitement and terror at the moment
stop the training. That is unfair advantage. I guess there will be plenty others who entered the same way but still get drunk every night.

how did you get on? ive been joining the triathlon training sesions at the local pool while my daughter has her swimming lessons. i found using the paddles on my hands improved my swimming quite quickly
