first project in 25 years GT rave and project RIBBLE

just got this today just waiting on a few other parts then i can get started
its a very sweet GT rave frame just a few nicks in paint and no dents.

not bad for £40 im getting a set of forks for it chrome ones not the originals shame.

It will be good once finished. I always liked these despite being a little traditional!

BMC seem to have taken the idea on board!

What parts are you going to put on it? Shimano would look best I think.

cheers its got a shimano group set on it ive tested it and it works fine need to get a brake set front tyre and tube seat post bars and stem ive also picked up another project my mates old 1983 raleigh team bike in that nice red it will be interesting to see what tubing its got ill post pics of that when i get it.

got me forks sorted and on plus new front tyre.

also got another project a ribble ok i know its not retro but it came up on the bay just down the road from me and i managed to blag it for £130 with carbon fork and ITM stem think i might turn it into a fixed wheel something to do over the winter.
