Old School Grand Master

1996 is the last year most manufacturers will have put canti hangers on a fork worth having. pretty much anything with 80mm from that year was considered a downhill fork

Judy DH, Marzocchi DH3 spring to mind.

Alot of Rock Shox had a hole in the bridge for reflectors (a legal requirement  ), these can be used to mount something to.

Older Cannondales hade a neat little pivot widget that allowed cantis to be retrofitted. If I can find it, I still have one

If sithlord doesn't want that 'widget' and that 'widget' happens to be a Force40 'widget' - I'll have :):)

The Marzocchi Z series from 96-00 with the BAM arch all have the provision for a bolt on Canti hanger.

If you can find a suitable fork (maybe a 63mm 99 Z2 Superfly?) but can't find the bolt on hanger I can measure one if you want to get someone to machine one up for you.

if you find some Judys without a canti brace , I have some Judy legs with a canti brace . they would need repainting though .

You can also get a thing called a 'Power Hanger', allows cantis to be used with out a cable stop (on stem, a hanger by the headset or, I'd have thought, a canti hanger on a suspension fork). Sounds very similar to the Cannondale pivot widget mentioned above, can't remember who made them, possibly Acor?

Tektro make the power hanger, you can get them from SJSCycles about £3 a pop, they claim to increase canti power. Theyre also reasonably retro in that I had a pair fitted to my Townsend in 1995 in anodised purple ! Current ones are black, and again I have a pair since I joined this retro crowd, I'm reverting to old technology......Insanity.
Forks need a brake arch bolt hole but not a built in hanger.

Cheers
