Had this Favori frameset in my garage for years. Wondering if it has any value to it? Could make a really nice bike with the right time and attention.

Good eye. 22.5” for frame.

Ellis Briggs built (still build, local-ish to you) it, looks to be late ‘70’s
Nervex lugs, 531 tubing?
The rust, is it superficial?
Seatpost and stem are free ( as in not stuck)?
