Fake Flite Titanium?

Hi, I recently made this impulse buy. Forgot to check it out, turns out it’s not what the seller claimed and there’s nothing I can do about it. I know, I’ve been a fool but now I’m curious: what is it?
The rails are magnetic = not titanium
It has a “93” stamp = not new
Shame on me for being a Tit(anium) at least it looks good and I will be using it on some bike…
