F.W.Evans 23 1/2" frame for sale. Reynolds 531 transfers on tubing and forks.
Transfers suggest early 70's but can't find numbers. Everything is straight, paint and transfers are complete but would need painting.
Frame is in N.E. Scotland but would be prepared to post.
Considering the condition, would be looking for around £30 + postage.
Can send more pics if wanted.
