Explosif (Or other lightweight steel frame) 19"

I'm looking for a frame in quality steel to wear a xtr m960 group. Kona Explosif would be nice, but other brands are also very welcome.

Must be lightweight steel like Reynolds 853.

Condition must be decent (no dings) and size 19" (20" could also do the trick)

How about a Kilauea (Tange Prestige Concept)?

Original pearlescent white with all original stickers. I bought it from here recently and never got to building it up.
