Exage Trail cantilevers - Replacement Blocks

The Saracen I've just cleaned up has these cantilevers and the blocks are slightly different to any other I've used.

I've noticed a split on the one pictured and they're about 20 years old, so I'm thinking of replacing them... Anybody know of a suitable modern replacement? I can't seem to find MTB specific replacements, the bolts seem a bit different to what you see on V brake blocks.
