EWH Hannington road frame?

Been after a UK frame for ages now, and bought this off Ebay on spec. The pics are poor, but it looks like it might be 531 Professional, or a respray badge as it looks like it's red.
It has a few bits attached, but the seller can't tell me anything, it was found ion a farm.
Anyone know anything of the above?

I sold a Hannington track frame for a friend a few years ago and did a bit of research - seems their main focus was at the utility end of cycling.

Interesting. Can't wait to collect this. Any idea what the bits are? the chainset looks Campag like Strada? the brakes have got me, they look late but have external bolts and not recessed.
The frame looks very race orientated if it is 531 Professional.
