Hi Folks,
A few months back Midlife and Kermit kindly let me have one of my deceased birth Father's frames which I have restored and renovated ready for Eroica Britannia.
It was re-sprayed by Vernon Barkers in Dronfield and assembled using Shimano 600 AX and 1981 period kit where possible. It is a fitting tribute to my father Clive Bonavia's excellent frame building.
She is a beautiful fast ride and amazingly precise gear shifting for a "friction"
It has been a long, but worthwhile project and here are the pics.
