Email Notifications?

I've noticed over the past week or so that I'm not receiving email notifications for threads I'm subscribed to, or for PMs. I wondered whether this was a known issue or not?

My email address etc. hasn't changed, and I haven't messed with the subscription settings on this site. The emails aren't being delivered in to the junk/spam folder either - they're just not coming through?

Any ideas anyone?
