Elswick 531..possibly Mistral..for sale

Vintage Elswick. No model decal (but looks like Mistral: going off of a google peruse).

Reynolds 531 frame. 23 inch.
27 inch wheels, wide flange hubs and rigida rims.
Silstar Crankset.
Shimano Altus front and rear derailleur, 10 speed.
Brooks saddle (old but treated with leather feed)
Sakae Custom/Road Champion drop bars (new cotton bar tape).
Weinmann levers and calipers.
Paint work has patina for age. Good paint coverage on bottom bracket.
Patina..No dents in frame..just plenty of paint chips.
Dry stored/Workshop find...was holed up in the back of workshop for years...been in my basement ditto.
Too many old lightweights gathering dust that I'm not using so some have to go...also selling a nice old 90's Revell Romany tourer (531 ST).
