Doesn't sound a very convincing argument as to why he shouldn't complete his side of the bargain.

And assuming he hasn't done it loads of times, recently, should hardly cause any pain. And if he has done it recently, and it does break the 3 strike rule, well he'll probably get a new account soon enough.

If you report him as a none paying bidder I think it prevents him from being able to leave you feedback so there's no risk of a shitty comment from him and eventually you'll get your listing and selling fees back.

Yes, the last poster is correct. Also block him from your future auctions. He wont bother making another account unless he's a proper retard with nothing better to do.
